Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized products.

EXCHANGES

If an item does not fit correctly, or if you decide you'd prefer a different style, we're happy to replace it with a like item (same price) within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To begin an exchange, please contact us at support@softballspirit.com with your order number and the correct size and item you'd like to exchange for.

Once we've received your return, we'll process your exchange and get your new item sent out as quickly as possible.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of customized products we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on this type of product, unless the item is received in defective or damaged condition.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item in your order is damaged or defective please contact us at support@softballspirit.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
